The construction industry at the breaking point. Development strategy

The current problems and trends in the development of the Russian construction industry were discussed during a round table in Moscow. It was organized by “Simpreal” PJSC. The participants in the discussion were representatives of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a large development company, industry and raw materials enterprises, and specialized associations. They talked about the current challenges in the construction industry, including the consequences of the cancellation of preferential mortgages, the growth of the key rate, the dynamics of consumer demand, and the problems of import substitution. We will briefly tell about all of that in this paper. The materials for the paper were provided by “Simpreal” PJSC.
