The paper considers the features of natural-technical forestry ecological- geological systems that are widespread in Belarus. Despite the fact that these systems occupy significant areas in the territory of the republic, they remain practically unstudied, there is only fragmentary and scattered information about their abiotic and biotic components. On the basis of the taxonomy of the ecological-geological systems of Belarus, which was previously developed by the authors, this paper attempts to compile their general characteristics, as well as to identify and characterize the features of their abiotic (lithotope, hydrotope, edaphotope) and biotic (microbiocenosis, phytocenosis, zoocenosis) components. The identified patterns and features of the forestry EGS of Belarus can be considered as common ones for similar EGS in Russia, which must be taken into account in engineering-environmental surveys and studies.
